Certified translation format

All certified translations we provide conform to applicable laws existing in thiscertified translation respect. If a line must end in blank space we use dashes to prevent any forging or fraudulent alteration.

Certified translations are identified with a unique number, which the sworn translator enters into his or her register.

A duplicate of the certified translation also works as a legal instrument: we usually charge 50% of the translator's fee for each duplicate.

One page of certified translation consists of 25 lines containing 45 characters each. Every started page, even if it is only a few lines, is treated like a full page.

Confidentiality

We hold all our certified translations strictly confidential. Apart from the translator and our office staff, no one can access them. Any waste printouts or defective copies of certified translations are irreversibly shredded.
Every certified translation comes with the sworn translator's apostille to confirm that it is a true and complete translation of the source document.
