Confidentiality

All information pertaining to our Cus-tomers and data contained in the source documents provided to us for translation are kept in privacy and full confidence. Upon completion of the assignment, all your faxes and other transmittals are shredded irre-trievably so that no one could ever learn what they were about.

Data transmitted by electronic mail is usually protected with a relevant se-curity certificate and our electronic signature.

To ensure full secrecy, we disclose neither the names of our Customers, nor what kind of business they are in. We do not need this to win new Customers

A few words about who we are

As a professional team of freelance and accredited translators, we have been present in the Poland market ever since 1991. Our activity is not simply being an agent between our translators and the business world. A large part of our translating work is accomplished in our backoffice, whereas the remainder is outsourced to qualified and highly skilled professionals, be it in Poland or in any other country throughout the world.

When finished, all the translation projects are usually conscientiously proofread and formatted before they may reach the Customer, so it is rather unlikely that you could become dis-appointed with the quality or appearance of our translations.

We are open to respond to the most urgent needs and priorities of our Customers. All the time we strive to meet their expectations, even if it sometimes means working more efficiently and long after hours.

If you find our services to be a good value, you are invited to sign a separate agreement, and reap some extra benefits reserved only for our best Regular Customers.
